Youth Programs (6-11)

Helping kids build emotional strength, curiosity, and positive social skills.

Our youth programs support children during a key stage of emotional and social development. Through play-based learning, reflection, movement, and connection, children build confidence, emotional awareness, and friendship skills in a supportive, trauma-informed environment.

We focus on creating spaces where kids feel safe to explore who they are, practice new skills, and grow alongside peers — with guidance that meets them where they are.

Programs may explore topics such as:

  • Understanding and expressing feelings

  • Friendship skills, inclusion, and kindness

  • Confidence and self-worth

  • Teamwork and problem-solving

  • Standing up for yourself and others

  • Mindfulness and emotional regulation

We’re currently developing new youth offerings for the 2026 season. Sign up to be the first to know when programs open.
