Teen SEL & Leadership Programs (12-17)

Empowering teens to lead with confidence, compassion, and self-awareness.

Our Teen SEL & Leadership Program supports young people through the social, emotional, and identity-based challenges of adolescence. Grounded in trauma-informed practice and social-emotional learning, this program blends skill-building with meaningful leadership experiences that help teens feel more confident, connected, and capable — in school, relationships, and beyond.

Rather than focusing on performance or pressure, we emphasize emotional safety, self-understanding, and real-life skills teens can carry with them into adulthood.

Teens will explore topics such as:

  • Understanding emotions and healthy coping strategies

  • Problem-solving and responsible decision-making

  • Communication, conflict resolution, and self-advocacy

  • Confidence, identity, and values-based choices

  • Healthy friendships, boundaries, and peer dynamics

  • Leadership through service, teamwork, and self-awareness

This program launches in 2026. Join our interest list to receive early updates, schedules, and registration access.
